In celebration of the International Day of the Tropics, the Organization for Tropical Studies and the Association for Tropical Biology and Conservation co-hosted a TropTalk featuring Carlos Manuel Rodriguez, CEO and Chairperson of the Global Environmental Facility (GEF).
